      Having graduated from Yale in Applied Mathematics and completed her MBA from the esteemed Harvard Business School, Adwaita joined the business in its early days.       Anchit joined us after an Ivy League education at Columbia University and almost 8 years of experience as an analyst at Morgan Stanley to head the retail team and offline sales at Nykaa. He’s now at the helm of successfully opening stores one after the other all over the country with the aim to eventually have at least one store in every city in India.

      After completing his M.S in Chemical Engineering and working as an engineer in the US, Nihir decided to do his MBA from INSEAD. He joined Nykaa in 2015 as Chief Strategy Officer and quickly moved on to becoming our Chief Business Officer where he leads all aspects of Nykaa.com's ecommerce business that support revenue growth making sure we’re always at the top of our game.

      Chief Financial Officer
      An IIMA alumnus, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and financial professional with over two decades of experience with market leaders. Arvind has honed his skills across a financial gamut that includes accounting, reporting, financial controls and regulatory matters on one side, and commercially orientated business partnering and financial planning and analysis on other side. Arvind will as part of the leadership team drive the company's growth plan and set financial milestones and targets for the future.

      An accomplished Computer Engineer, Sanjay shows a keen interest in building high impact teams and scalable software platforms. With over a decade of experience in companies like Seventymm Services Pvt.Ltd, Future Group and ibibo Group, he is responsible for designing d-commerce, m-commerce & e-commerce specific creative implementations for sourcing, order fulfillment, inventory management & warehouse operations.

      Reena joined us in 2016 as CEO, FSN Brands, the private label arm of e-commerce platform Nykaa.com.
