TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The L’Oréal Paris Selfie With Sonam Contest will run only on www.nykaa.com and shall be effective during the period 31st May, 2016 till 30th June, 2016.
- All those who buy L’Oreal Paris Makeup products worth Rs. 1000 or more will get a Cannes Memorabilia which will be a signed picture of Sonam Kapoor (till the stock of these images last)
- 10 Lucky Winners will win a chance to meet L’Oréal Paris Brand Ambassador- Sonam Kapoor and click a selfie with her by the 31st of December, 2016. The selection procedure will be done as per the contest criteria and selection panel’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding, no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The winners will be announced during 12th July, 2016 to 15th July, 2016.
- Nykaa will pay for cost of travel for winners staying outside Mumbai. Accommodation or any other expenses incurred shall have to borne by the respective winner. Any changes to the above will be duly informed to the Winner.
- Winners of the contest will be contacted by Nykaa individually as per the contact details provided by the participants.
- Anybody who purchases L’Oréal Paris make-up products worth Rs 1000 or more is eligible for participation in the contest.
- The participation in the contest is purely voluntary and the same will be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
- L’Oréal India shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Contest.
- The data given by the participant will be used in strict confidence by L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. and Nykaa. It will not be passed to any other party.
- There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else. Failure to accept prize by the winner(s) when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner(s) and L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. reserves its rights to award the prize to another winner
- Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to L’Oréal to use the winner's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
- L’Oréal India reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered at any point of time. Such rewards will be of equal or greater value.
- The Winner will not be permitted to participate in any subsequent publicity related to Contest except organized by L’Oréal India.
- The Contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
- The Contest is valid across India except for the State of Tamilnadu and Kerala.
- L’Oréal India reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, at its sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the Contest. No correspondence will be shared in this regard.
- L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to not give away the prize(s) in the event of non production of any of the specified information and/or submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent document(s)/ information and in such a case the prize(s) shall be forfeited in its entirety.
- All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
- The selection of winners lies solely with L’Oréal India Pvt Ltd & Nykaa. In case of disputes, L’Oréal India Pvt Ltd & Nykaa’s India’s decision is final.
- L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any disruption to the Application, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which are beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption of the Application, L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. shall make reasonable efforts to remedy such disruption and resume the Application
- Winners of the contest will be contacted individually as per the contact details provided by the participants.
- Selection of the winner is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
- L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Contest.
- If the winner doesn’t respond to the winning announcement mail/message with 24 hours of receiving it, he/she stands disqualified.
- L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for wrong contact details provided by the winners. Intimation; that a participant is a Winner of the Contest hosted by L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. will be sent by the brand via email or telephonically or by such mode of delivery as L’Oreal (India) considers appropriate & at a time that is deemed by L’Oréal India Pvt. Ltd. to be correct.
