Hi shristi, I would suggest you to apply a moisturizer and let it rest for sometime. Let the skin absorb the moisturizer and then apply again because i feel you have excessive dry skin or dehydrated skin which takes away all the moisture from your skin. Hope you drinking lot of water because even thats a major cause for dry skin. Hope this helps!

Mix few drops of argan oil with your foundation to get rid of dry patchy look. Or you can even try the Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Serum Foundation With SPF 45.
