Don&rsquo;t resort yourself to eat anything marketed to gain weight since most of them contains steroids to do this. I suggest you to lift weights, eat almonds , walnuts and flax seeds in your diet. You&rsquo;ll gain a healthy weight proportional to your height and genetics. You can also verify your blood levels to see if it&rsquo;s anemia causing this as well and ask your physician to prescribe Iron supplements. This is one of the major causes for unhealthy weight in women. And yes enjoy being skinny too. People are trying to loose weight so often and you are lucky to be slim and it&rsquo;s your growing age so run, excerise and stay healthy. Soon nature too takes its course.
