There is no other solution for splitends other than cutting it off. With regular trim every 3 months your splitends will be taken care of. Hey, You can try and deal with dandruff by simply applying apple cider vinegar diluted in water and wash after 15 minutes.  For split ends, you should get a haircut.  You can also apply eg yolk to your hair, it strengthens roots.
