Wash regularly with VWash plus don't use soap. Use luke warm water.  And wash twice or thrice a day.

Fibroid has nothing to do with hygiene... But as a general rule trim down hair of your intimate area and wash it once or twice daily with lukewarm or normal water. Don't apply soap
