Just moisture it daily just after shower and be regular, you will see a difference.I had the same issue since childhood and I had big dark spots all over my hand and I use to be so conscious and visited many doctors and nothing worked out. Then I came across one doctor who told me it will only go away with time. All you can do is keep it well moisturised and hydrated.
