Hi ,I can completely relate to your concern ,as those bruise marks look and feel quiet unpleasant.There are multiple reason for this, out of which the most common is the wrong size of the band .So, if the red marks are caused by the band, then the band is either too tight or too small that is now irritating your skin. Thinking about the solution ? Well,just loosen it up by wearing your bra on the next hook, and if that doesn't help, then look for the size ,you probably may need to go up a band size in a new bra. And, if only the straps leave marks on your shoulders then adjust the strap and band by loosening it up a little .Hope this helps !
