You should always wear a swimming cap before diving in. Also, once you’re out of the pool, use a moisturizing dandruff shampoo Sebamed Anti-Dandruff Shampoo (http://www.nykaa.com/sebamed-anti-dandruff-shampoo.html) at least twice a week. The flaking could also be caused by sub burn, another reason to wear a swimming cap to protect your crowning glory. Apply a soothing after-swim concoction or cold yoghurt, aloe vera and sweet almond oil on your scalp for 30 minutes and wash off with cool water before shampooing as usual.
